Guildford Farm welcomes photographers and families to use the property as a location for photoshoots, from family portraits and engagement sessions to weddings and other special occasions.
The Stables, Dairy and surrounding paddocks offer a distinctive heritage setting, with old buildings, open spaces and the natural character of the Farm providing a backdrop for photographs that feel connected to place.

From heritage buildings to open paddocks
The Farm offers a variety of settings within one location — from weathered farm buildings and old structures to open paddocks and the surrounding wetlands.
The character of the property changes with the light and the seasons, giving each session its own sense of place.

Your session helps care for the Farm
All proceeds generated through the use of the Farm for photography are 100% invested back into the maintenance of Guildford Farm.
This helps support the ongoing care of the property, its buildings and grounds.
Before you visit
Guildford Farm is a working property, and we ask all visitors to help us care for the Farm while enjoying the location.
- Photography is by pre-arranged booking only.
- Please remain within the areas agreed for your session.
- The Farm has uneven ground, paddocks, farm equipment and other working-property hazards, so please take care while moving around the property.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Horses are only available by prior arrangement and must be approached or handled as directed by the Farm team.
- Please take all photography equipment, props and personal items with you when you leave.
- Access may be affected by weather, Farm activities or restoration works.
- Please let us know when booking if you have particular location or photography requirements.
